Update: A new gear list can be found here: Feral Gear Worksheet for WotLK
While it's not perfect, I've had a few requests to make this list available online, so here it is for those of you who are interested:
The list is sorted by location, which should help to prioritize your game play.
Note 1: The tanking and dps stat weightings were put together using Rawr, and then modified a bit based on gut feel. I don't think the Druid community has arrived at a consensus yet on an ideal set of stat weights, so I expect that my list will differ from other comparable lists.
Note 2: The list was put together assuming my own gear as the minimum gear to consider - that means that ferals entering WotLK in less than T6 will have other upgrades along the way. It also takes into account my profession (alchemy) and my dislike of PvP.
Note 3: To tweak the weightings on either of these lists, or to see more upgrades using the same weightings, use the following Loot Rank links: Tanking, Dps.

This is the kind of post that really makes me glad I found your blog. Bookmarked for future use, thanks Karthis.
Question, for the rankings, is 1 higher or 10?
@Fastpaws: Thanks =)
@Eric: 1 is best. So the lower the number, the better the gear (according to the weightings listed).
I'm interested in your thoughts about gems. Granted that gems are populated automatically by Loot Rank, but from what I can tell the Shifting Twilight Opal isn't currently in the game (just probably in the game files). What would you be prone to use instead?
Question.
Why the stun duration Meta for tanking instead of 2% Magic damage reduction, or 2% armor?
Seems as if you get stunned as a tank, 10% reduction isn't going to be the difference between a live and dead healer.

@Keste:
I'm planning on gemming a piece depending on whether or not it's shared between tanking and dps, or only in one set.
Tanking only - +stamina
Tanking/Dps - +agility
Dps only - +strength / +hit
Of course, all bets are off if there's an appealing socket bonus.
@Semirrage:
I'm going for the 2% armor meta.... where did I say otherwise?
Aha,
It's what loot rank has filled in for your gems in the tanking ranking.
Ah - silly Loot Rank. I think it probably treats all three of the +32 sta meta gems the same for calculations. I want the armor one though. ;)
Hi Karthis, I've always loved your blog. This spreadsheet is fantastic! The only question I have is, What do the asterisks represent in rankings?
My druid is an alchemist, and I was just curious where her "mighty" trinket ranks on it.
@Druidly:
Right - I forgot about those. I don't like to rank trinkets because they can be very situational, not to mention really hard to compare. Also, not all of the proc rates are known yet.
My recommendation would be to get as many trinkets as you can, and use them to tailor your gear set to the situation that you find yourself in. (In the case of the alchemy trinket, the recent ones are so cheap to make there's really no reason not to do so)
Thanks ever so much for this, and for all of your great work. I'm still learning to druid, and your site and Flyv's both are a huge help.
Aye, thanks for the response and the great list Karthis. You've become quite the invaluable resource. Cheers!
Wonderful job here Karthis. Many thanks.
For fun, I took your weights and dropped armor to 0 to see what non-Leather rankings got generated, just to keep the future in mind. :)
Finally, I find another Druid blog (not that I've actually been actively searching). But I found you on Kestrel's Aerie. I'm going to add you to my watch list. I'm Balance spec, but never know what can be learned.
